This role is a rarity in the current market: a regional senior commercial leadership position with a tier-one professional services firm.

As a member of the global commercial function and with the support of an established, high-performance regional team, you'll oversee operational, commercial, and financial performance across multiple divisions, with full P&L control and strategic stewardship.

Partnering with divisional heads and Partners, you'll conduct planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as contribute to pricing strategy and profitability analysis.

You will also lead projects, provide ongoing executive decision support, and contribute to firm-wide initiatives.

You're a proven senior commercial finance leader with experience managing high-performance, business-facing commercial teams within a large (preferably global) professional services firm (legal, accounting, or consulting).

You're a passionate people leader with exceptional C-Suite engagement skills, proven commercial acumen, and a track record in project management.
