We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to join our team.

Job Description

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced facilities manager to advance their career by managing a larger, diverse portfolio within the healthcare sector. You will work closely with senior management to deliver high-performance outcomes across sites throughout Queensland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing top-tier facilities management across Australia, including a diverse portfolio of sites across Queensland. This will involve establishing and maintaining strong relationships with tenant stakeholders, managing compliance and risk across the portfolio, and driving the management of critical facilities operations.

  • Maintain all facilities data and documentation within our centralised platform.
  • Manage essential services such as air conditioning, lifts, and fire safety where the client is responsible.
  • Oversee service contracts and contractors to ensure high-quality, efficient performance.

You will also be responsible for engaging in and delivering sustainability initiatives aligned with client strategy, and managing small-scale capital works projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in facilities management, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders.
