Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Facility Operations Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. They will also possess strong technical knowledge of pool plant systems and water quality principles.

As a key member of our team, the Senior Facility Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of facility equipment and facilities;
  • Leading and managing a team of duty managers and other operational staff;
  • Coordinating and implementing safety protocols and emergency procedures;
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role or related field;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate;
  • National Police Check;
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate;
  • Current Pool Operations Certificate.
