Job Title: Precinct Operations And Facilities Manager

As a Precinct Operations and Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the precinct, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained, safe, and meet regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in property and facilities management, with knowledge of retail and commercial premises. They will be able to manage complex mechanical services, including building management and control systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the precinct's property and facility assets are operated and maintained in a cost-effective manner.
  • Managing safety, financial, and statutory obligations related to the management and delivery of services and facilities.
  • Developing and implementing risk management procedures in accordance with industry best practice and legislative requirements.

You will also be responsible for managing tenant liaison, coordinating regular inspections of built assets, and developing, implementing, and maintaining planned preventative maintenance programs.
