We approach our work in a warmer, more optimistic, and inclusive way.JLL is a global leader in helping clients envision where people live, work, play, shop, and eat.**What this job involves:**As a Senior Facilities Manager you will be responsible for the overall performance of the Elanor Brisbane commercial portfolio of properties and the services that ensure safe operations and comfort to the occupants.The role provides hands-on leadership of engineering services staff and operations, with a focus spanning energy sustainability, ongoing building commissioning and operational improvements, strategic delivery of lifecycle asset planning, project management, through to the daily operation of all property services with a focus on sustainable and economic performance and constant improvement.A snapshot of the role:* Manage the site operational teams across all Elanor QLD properties along with your own allocated facilities management sites, this is inclusive of technical third-party service providers, providing leadership and guidance to this team to ensure activities are prioritised and diligently and efficiently completed.* Project Management of small to mid-size site projects up to $50K for your own managed sites and assist facilities managers with their projects if required.* Establish and maintain a sound professional working relationship with our client.
