Key Position: Facilities Services Manager

The Facilities Services Manager will play a key role in supporting the Division's infrastructure investment portfolio by collaborating with stakeholders and partners to monitor and report on performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present high-quality documentation, reports, and briefs to support decision-making.
  • Utilize data analysis tools such as Excel and PowerBI to prepare reports that inform business decisions.
  • Deliver exceptional reporting and analytics to senior management and government stakeholders, driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
  • Contribute to project teams in the development, implementation, and review of programs, policies, and procedures aligned with the department's strategic direction.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify best practices and implement consistent processes for infrastructure and planning services.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience in interpersonal and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial and non-financial information to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of portfolio and program management practices within large organizations.
  • Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, delivering innovative solutions to business challenges.
  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerBI.
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet strict deadlines.
