Partner Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our digital partnership strategy, driving revenue growth and managing key relationships.

About the Role
  • This strategic role requires a dynamic individual with expertise in sales and partnership development, preferably with experience working with cloud-based solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders, and possess a deep understanding of the digital landscape.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital partner strategy, leveraging partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  2. Serve as the subject matter expert for Iron Mountain's sales team, providing guidance on partnership activities and relationship management.
  3. Collaborate closely with the Digital Business Unit's sales teams to identify new revenue opportunities and optimize partner incentive programs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in technology sales, with a proven track record of success in positioning SaaS and digital solutions across large, complex accounts.
  • Prior/current experience in partner roles is mandatory.
  • Exceptional sales success working directly with customer decision makers and key stakeholders is essential.
Preferred Skills
  • Domain expertise in sectors such as ANZ Public Sector, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Oil, and Gas is highly desirable.
  • Experience as a strategic account lead for a large and complex global organisation is preferred.
