Unlocking Opportunities for adidas' Digital Expansion

As a Digital Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving adidas' business growth through strategic partnerships. This exciting opportunity involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital strategies that enhance sell-out, improve brand presence, and elevate the consumer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and report on key digital metrics (CTR, PDP views, CVR, ATC, ROAS) to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
  2. Support the rollout of global and regional digital partnership initiatives, ensuring execution is tailored to meet business requirements.
  3. Ensure product content is accurate, consistent, and optimized across all digital touchpoints.
  4. Partner with internal teams (Planning, Brand Activation, Digital Wholesale) to deliver seasonal activations and drive account growth.
  5. Prepare data-driven insights using tools like Power BI and Similarweb to inform business decisions.
  6. Contribute to performance reviews and seasonal sell-in processes by providing actionable recommendations to support informed decision-making.
  7. Collaborate with external account contacts on day-to-day operations and executional follow-ups to ensure seamless collaboration.
  8. Share best practices with the Digital Wholesale team to support account growth and development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; comfortable working with business intelligence tools and Excel.
  • Experience in eCommerce, marketplace operations, or account management.
  • Clear communicator, able to summarize insights and provide recommendations.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Customer-focused, with ability to spot execution gaps and suggest improvements.

Education & Experience / Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4–5 years' experience in Sales, eCommerce, or Digital roles.
  • Experience supporting account growth through analysis and execution.
  • Exposure to marketplace or wholesale account environments (experience with similar markets a plus).
  • Familiarity with digital commerce platforms and performance reporting tools.
