Incident Remediation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our clients in the superannuation sector with incident and remediation management.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of incidents across member operations, ensuring timely resolution and accurate records of incidents and actions.
- Maintain business incident registers and ensure compliance readiness.
- Oversee and approve remediation activities in line with regulatory requirements and policies.
- Develop clear communication with impacted parties throughout the remediation process.
- Hold third parties accountable to agreed plans and escalate as necessary.
- Ensure all activities meet legislative and organisational compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in incident management, preferably within superannuation.
- Deep understanding of superannuation operations, including regulatory frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage performance in service delivery and incident rectification.
