Senior Storytelling Manager

The role of a Senior Storytelling Manager is to spearhead commercially driven audio storytelling initiatives that inspire and push boundaries.

Job Overview

This position involves leading the operational management of a talented strategist team, responsible for crafting compelling client solutions, dictating the path from brief to pitch, managing time and stakeholders, and developing strategically sound pitch documents for client presentations.

The successful candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments, prioritize team effort and energy to align with the most commercially influential projects and briefs, and stay abreast of industry trends, innovation, and technologies to inform solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operational management of the Campaign Strategy team
  • Develop and implement effective campaign strategies across all four assets
  • Collaborate with product specialists and experts across the business
  • Design and deliver strategically sound pitch documents
  • Manage time and stakeholders effectively
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, innovation, and technologies

Requirements:

  • Strong commercial acumen and creative storytelling ability
  • Ability to inspire and motivate others to push boundaries
  • 6+ years experience in a media publishing environment (preferred)
  • Proven coaching skills with influence to inspire, educate, and drive action
  • High level of autonomy, vision, and relationship-building ability
  • Ability to drive outcomes across functions and stakeholders
