Audio Editor

We are seeking a skilled and organized Audio Editor to join our team. As an Audio Editor, you will be responsible for overseeing the setup and recording of podcast sessions, ensuring smooth operation and high-quality audio capture.

Your primary responsibilities will include editing, mixing, and mastering episodes with professional sound quality, pacing, and flow. You will also be responsible for incorporating intros, outros, music beds, ad spots, transitions, and community contributions as needed.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have strong storytelling instincts, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You must be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

As an Audio Editor at our company, you will have the opportunity to work closely with hosts, guests, and internal teams to align on episode logistics and timelines. You will also be responsible for monitoring listener feedback to improve future episode experience and using audience insights and feedback to inform future episodes and content strategy.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience producing podcasts or audio content from concept to delivery. You should also be skilled in audio editing tools (e.g., Adobe Audition, Audacity, or similar).
