Campaign Strategist

We are seeking a commercially driven and creative natural storyteller who loves to inspire others and push boundaries with what is possible in the audio landscape.

About the Role:

This role sits within our Campaign Strategy team, a primarily revenue-generating function turning client briefs into actionable, insight-driven strategies that deliver on business goals. As a Campaign Strategist, you will be responsible for leading and developing innovative campaign pitches that expertly meet client objectives while driving audience engagement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Effectively interpret client briefs to design compelling solutions
  • Determine the path from brief to pitch, effectively managing time and stakeholders
  • Assess the commercial viability of campaign requirements based on available resources
  • Collaborate with various teams to mobilise product specialists and build multi-platform brand campaigns, ensuring campaign viability
  • Develop strategically sound, compelling pitch documents for client presentations
  • Ensure campaign feasibility across costings, lead times, and technical requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, innovation, and technologies to inform solutions
  • Present to clients in collaboration with sales colleagues
Requirements:
  • 3-6 years experience with a media publisher or agency
  • Experience working in audio is highly regarded
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint or Keynote
  • A variety of life experiences and interests from which you draw inspiration
  • The proven ability to influence stakeholders more senior than yourself
  • An enquiring and innovative mind that sees solutions, not problems
  • Ability to work autonomously and lead a brief from start to finish if required
