Campaign Strategy - Group Campaign Manager

We are seeking a commercially driven and creative individual who can inspire others and push boundaries in the audio landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret briefs to design compelling client solutions, dictating the path from brief to pitch while managing time and stakeholders effectively.
  • Facilitate and participate in brainstorms to generate unique ideas that drive results.
  • Create campaigns grounded in audience insight, collaborating with every area of the business to build multi-platform brand campaigns.
  • Develop strategically sound pitch documents for client presentations, ensuring campaign viability across costings, lead times, and technical requirements.
  • Presents to clients in collaboration with sales colleagues, staying abreast of industry trends, innovation, and technologies to inform solutions.
Requirements:
  • Audience engagement experience (required)
  • 6+ years experience with a media publisher (preferred)
  • Proven coaching skills, with influence to educate and drive action
  • Strong level of autonomy, vision, and ability to build relationships
  • Ability to effectively drive outcomes across functions and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, including creative concept development
  • Highly adaptable, flexible & resilient to shifting priorities & timelines
  • A professional storyteller with expertise in PowerPoint visual and written storytelling
