Job Title: Disability Support Worker
About the Role
We are seeking experienced and passionate individuals to join our team as Disability Support Workers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of people with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality care and support to individuals with disabilities in their daily lives.
- Assist with personal care, household chores, and other daily tasks.
- Develop and implement personalized plans to achieve individual goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certificate IV in Disability (preferred but not essential)
- Previous experience in Disability Support and knowledge of the Disability sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Current Victorian Driver licence
- NDIS Check, WWC and Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate and CPR are essential
