Paid $43.67 per hour weekdays after induction, plus benefits of salary packaging for reduced tax.
We're hiring for multiple locations around Wangaratta including Benalla, Beechworth, and Wodonga.

">To succeed in this role, you'll need:
">Key Requirements:
">- ">
- Experience supporting people with physical disabilities, including transfers and use of equipment, with confidence in hoisting">
- Personal care skills, such as showering and dressing">
- Assistance with domestic duties">
- Enthusiasm and passion for supporting people with disabilities to live fulfilling lives">
- Great patience and a willingness to build strong relationships with our clients">
- A commitment to working collaboratively with care teams and incorporating professional guidance, including physio programs and community access">
- Good judgement and common sense, strong listening skills, a willingness to learn, and adherence to our values">
- Ability to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, short shifts, sleepovers, and active night shifts, with ongoing commitments">
- Full driver's license and willingness to transport clients using your own vehicle (reimbursed expenses)">
