Empowering Lives: Disability Service Leadership Role

We are seeking a motivated leader to drive our disability service in Wangaratta. As the Disability Services Area Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality and person-centered services to our customers.
This role requires a confident and experienced leader with sound sector knowledge, a passion for empowering people with disability, and an eye for progression opportunities.
- Lead a team to inspire, consult, and guide them to achieve great things.
- Energize a culture that upholds the rights, dignity, and capabilities of the people we support.
- BUILD meaningful relationships with stakeholders to deliver on promises.
- Oversight day-to-day service delivery, ensuring quality, safeguarding, and customer goals are met.
- Set clear expectations, monitor performance metrics, and use data-driven insights to identify areas for growth and implement corrective actions.
- Tertiary qualification in Disability, Community Services, or Social Services, or equivalent skills/experience.
- Minimum three years' experience in operations leadership in complex care within the NDIS-era disability sector.
