Our clients tell us they notice the difference, and for many, it's had a profound impact on their lives.As a disability support worker, you'll be required to have:
  • Experience supporting individuals with physical disabilities, including transfers and equipment use
  • Confidence in hoisting and personal care (showering and dressing)
  • Assistance with domestic duties
  • Enthusiasm and passion for supporting people with disabilities
  • Great patience and a willingness to build rapport with clients
  • Good judgement and common sense, listening skills, and a commitment to our values
  • A full driver's licence and ability to provide transport in your own vehicle (reimbursed costs)
You'll work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, with some short shifts and sleepovers. Ongoing shifts are expected.Benefits include great pay, generous benefits, and a supportive team culture. You can also access salary packaging and opportunity for career progression.
