About this role:
- Manage the delivery of efficient and effective commercial business services for customers and the community.
- Contribute to the success and prosperity of the Shire through the management of key commercial assets and provision of Shire-wide services.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage commercial assets including oversight and management of Macleay Valley Coast Holiday Parks, Kempsey Airport, and Kempsey Regional Saleyards.
- Manage economic development & tourism including management of the Slim Dusty Centre and Visitor Information Services.
- Manage property services including strategic and statutory property management.
- Manage facilities & operations including management of Council's owned facilities and cemeteries.
