This senior leadership role oversees commercial operations, property management and business services for a regional area. The position plays a key role in shaping the future of the region by leading efficient, effective and coherent commercial business services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial business services to deliver efficient, effective and coherent results for customers and the community.
- Manage commercial assets including oversight and management of holiday parks, airports, saleyards and other related facilities.
- Provide strategic and financial advice to the Senior Leadership Team on commercial operations and property management.
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including local communities, government agencies and private sector partners.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Business or a related field.
- Significant experience in a senior leadership role overseeing commercial operations, property and/or business services.
- Strong strategic and financial acumen with a track record of delivering sustainable business outcomes.
- Knowledge of governance, compliance and risk management frameworks within a government setting.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
