This is a dynamic leadership opportunity to manage commercial operations and drive sustainable business outcomes. As a Commercial Business Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our organisation through effective management of commercial assets and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead commercial operations to deliver efficient and effective services.
- Manage a portfolio of commercial assets, including holiday parks, airports, and regional saleyards.
- Develop and implement strategies for economic development and tourism.
- Oversee property services, including strategic and statutory property management.
- Manage facilities and operations, including Council-owned facilities and cemeteries.
You are a proactive and commercially minded leader with experience in managing complex operations, ideally within a government or public sector context.
You possess:
- Tertiary qualification/s in Business or a related field.
- Significant experience in senior leadership roles overseeing commercial operations, property, and/or business services.
- Strong strategic and financial acumen, with a track record of delivering sustainable business outcomes.
- Knowledge of governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks within a government setting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
