Lead Retail Team

This is a role for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a lead retail team member, you will be responsible for guiding your team to achieve sales and customer service targets while maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

About the Role

  • You will use our systems and processes to plan shifts, ensure adequate staffing, and coordinate workloads with your team members.
  • With a deep understanding of your team's skills and knowledge, you will effectively lead them during their shifts, driving results and promoting a positive work culture.
  • Collaborate with your team to boost sales and uphold Krispy Kreme's customer service standards.
  • Oversee your team's completion of assigned tasks on time, adhering to company standards.
  • Manage labor costs according to established targets set by the Store Manager.
  • Address issues with team members promptly, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally, aligning with company policies and procedures.
  • Host regular team and one-on-one briefings as needed.
  • Develop and implement learning and development activities tailored to individual and store needs.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS & Food Safety regulations among team members.
  • Manage cash handling and inventory control, following established procedures.
  • Monitor and optimize stock levels using MICROS, ensuring timely ordering and receipt of materials.
  • Liaise with the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager regarding quality control issues with products, manufacturing, or external suppliers.
  • Serve as the 'Store Champion' for promotions, LTOs, and LSM activities.
  • Raise concerns that cannot be resolved with the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager.
