Manufacturing Operations Leader

We are looking for an experienced and driven operational leader to oversee our manufacturing operations, drive efficiency, and foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage all aspects of manufacturing and operations to meet production targets, cost objectives, and quality standards.
- Drive operational excellence through process improvements, cost optimization, and innovative problem-solving.
- Oversee production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
- Build, lead, and inspire a skilled operational team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Implement and maintain safety, compliance, and quality control procedures.
- Closely collaborate with leadership to align operational strategy with business goals.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
- Support change management initiatives as the business grows and adapts to market demands.
- Proven experience in a senior operations or manufacturing leadership role, ideally within a growing small-to-medium manufacturing business.
- Strong track record in people management, team building, and fostering positive workplace culture.
- Open-minded and adaptable, with the ability to lead change and embrace new ideas.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality systems.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is highly regarded.
