Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support as directed by management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the organization, clients, carers, employees, and the healthcare network.
  • Effortlessly operate myHomecare's administration systems.
  • Respond to all incoming calls and office visitors professionally.
  • Ensure calls and inquiries are directed to the appropriate internal contacts while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Educate clients about services and policies.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Business or equivalent (desired).
  • Proven experience in administration and reception roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Procura Software desirable.
  • Right to work in Australia.
  • National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain.
  • Proof of Covid Vaccination.
