We're seeking experienced Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support to clients on the Central Coast. As a Support Worker, you'll make a real difference in people's lives and help them achieve their goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparation, social support, transport, and other activities of daily living.
  • Supporting clients to achieve maximum independence and meet daily living needs within a holistic approach.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and privacy of clients according to guidelines.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and other key stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Australian Certificate III Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
  • A registered and insured car and valid driver's license.
  • First Aid and CPR certificates.
  • Valid flu vaccination and Covid-19 immunisation.
  • Previous experience working in community or aged care is desirable but not essential.
