This is an exceptional opportunity to join our dedicated team and contribute to delivering outstanding results. As a Residential Care Officer, you'll be responsible for:

  • Following individualized care plans within your scope
  • Providing essential tasks such as PEG, IDC, SPC, pressure area care, wound care, diabetic management, and medication administration
  • Escalating any changes to the RN Clinical Case Manager
  • Monitoring stock levels and medications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills, along with at least one year of full-time experience as a RCO. Relevant qualifications, a reliable vehicle, current Australian driver's license, car registration, and comprehensive insurance are also essential.

Schedule: 8-hour shift. Experience: 1 year as RCO (required). Work Location: In-person.
