The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our team to deliver short-term, evidence-based therapeutic interventions that address mental health challenges impacting employment readiness.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Psychologist who can contribute to an innovative pilot clinical and vocational readiness program designed to support individuals with lived experience of the justice system.

As a Psychologist in this role, you will provide client-centred care across both 6- and 12-session models, focusing on mental health, identity, and sustainable change.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering holistic assessments and psychological interventions, as well as experience working with diverse populations and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver short-term, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients participating in the GSPlus program
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the pilot clinical and vocational readiness program
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support services to clients
  • Provide client-centred care across both 6- and 12-session models
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Registration as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Clinical experience delivering evidenced-based psychological interventions
  • Strong background in delivering holistic assessments and psychological interventions
  • Experience working with diverse populations and multidisciplinary teams
  • Highly developed consultation and negotiation skills
  • Valid drivers licence
