At Uniting Aged Care, we offer a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. As a dedicated care worker, you will be part of a compassionate team that provides top-notch support and companionship to those who need it most.

Our role involves providing quality, timely, and effective hotel services such as cleaning and laundry, assisting with medication and simple wound dressings, and supporting residents in community-based recreational and social activities.

To succeed in this position, you will require:

  • A Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support or an equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin your career in aged care if you're studying or have recently become qualified
  • The ability to adapt to new situations, demonstrate empathy and resourcefulness, and live by our values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold
