Part-Time Office Administrator Opportunity

This role is perfect for someone looking for a part-time job that offers flexibility and variety. As the go-to person for keeping the office running smoothly, you will be responsible for assisting with accounts and project administration, and providing day-to-day support to the Managing Director and project team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and client enquiries.
  • Capture and organize photos of jobs and project progress.
  • Update and maintain the company's website.
  • Prepare work packs and project documentation.
  • Process invoices, allocate costs to budgets, and assist with accounts payable/receivable.
  • Maintain asset registers, labour tracking, and compliance records.
  • Check deliveries and liaise with suppliers.
  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and wider team.
  • Coordinate staff training records, inductions, and compliance files.
  • General office duties to keep things running smoothly.
About You / Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is organized, approachable, and confident in juggling a variety of tasks. Previous administration or accounts experience is highly desirable.

Essential skills include:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a team-first approach.
