
Office Support Specialist

This role is perfect for someone looking for a part-time job that offers flexibility and variety. As the go-to person for keeping the office running smoothly, you will be responsible for assisting with accounts and project administration, and providing day-to-day support to the Managing Director and project team.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and client enquiries.
- Capture and organize photos of jobs and project progress.
- Update and maintain the company's website.
- Prepare work packs and project documentation.
- Process invoices, allocate costs to budgets, and assist with accounts payable/receivable.
- Maintain asset registers, labour tracking, and compliance records.
- Check deliveries and liaise with suppliers.
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and wider team.
- Coordinate staff training records, inductions, and compliance files.
- General office duties to keep things running smoothly.
We are looking for someone who is organized, approachable, and confident in juggling a variety of tasks. Previous administration or accounts experience is highly desirable.
Essential skills include:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a team-first approach.
- Part-time hours with flexibility around school times.
- Work close to home in Shepparton / Moama.
