Role Overview

Agricultural Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Agricultural Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing expert advice and guidance to clients on agricultural matters.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing onsite support to clients to recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Achieving allocated financial objectives and assisting with product forecasting and inventory management.
  • Promoting branch staff upskilling by providing technical advice and product recommendations.
  • Developing and fostering professional relationships with a targeted group of existing and new clients.

About You
  • You have a background in disciplines such as pasture and broadacre.
  • You have a proven track record in sales and previous experience in an agronomy role.
  • You have a qualification in Agronomy aiming to grow your expertise while also managing a rural products team.
  • You have an ability to provide high level customer service and cultivate relationships with potential and current growers.
  • You thrive in a flexible and agile working environment.
