Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as an Office Administrator.

This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling, ideal for someone balancing school commitments or other responsibilities. You will be the go-to person for keeping the office running smoothly, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing day-to-day support to the management team.

About The Role
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and client enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Organise photos of projects and progress, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Update and maintain the company's website and social media presence, showcasing our work and achievements.
  • Prepare work packs and project documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Process invoices and assist with accounts payable/receivable, maintaining accurate records and compliance.
  • Maintain asset registers and compliance records, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Liaise with suppliers and check deliveries, fostering strong relationships and efficient communication.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team and wider team members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate staff training records and inductions, promoting professional development and growth.
  • General office duties to keep things running smoothly, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
Your Qualifications And Skills

You should possess excellent organisational skills, be approachable and confident in juggling multiple tasks. Previous administration or accounts experience is beneficial, but not essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software is a must. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are also required.

Apart from your technical skills, you should demonstrate a proactive and results-driven approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes and exceeding expectations.
