About the Role

As a seasoned Project Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Infrastructure Manager and collaborating closely with the Project and Program Management team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain comprehensive MS Project Charts for city assets and projects, ensuring seamless forward planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with project teams, subject matter experts, and consultants to document work breakdown structures, resource requirements, and interdependencies, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
  • Your expertise will be instrumental in managing project risks and issues data, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring project documentation aligns with schedule and document management requirements.
  • You will analyze project costs against budget, identifying any discrepancies or budget creep, and present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in a relevant field such as project management, engineering, business administration, or equivalent knowledge/experience is essential.
  • Proven experience with MS Projects is mandatory for this role.
Estimated Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location factors.
