We are seeking a talented Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team and be a key part of the guest experience.

About the Role

The Guest Service Agent is responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences at every stage of their journey, including reservations, arrivals, departures, and throughout their stay
  • Being an ambassador for the hotel, positively representing and promoting our brand
  • Ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests using our Property Management System (PMS)
  • Answering and processing reservation enquiries, making recommendations, and upselling rooms according to availability
  • Coordinating with other departments
  • Answering and dispatching both incoming external and internal calls
  • Maintaining sufficient knowledge of all room rates and available packages
  • Following up on all guest requests and complaints
About You

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A desire to genuinely help people and make a positive impact on their lives
  • Front Office/reservation experience is preferred but not essential; we value attitude over experience
  • The drive to deliver exceptional guest service and take pride in helping others
  • An acute eye for detail and exceptional interactive social skills
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and working collaboratively
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and public holidays
