
Lead Business Expansion Specialist

We're seeking a dynamic professional to lead the expansion of our Metocean service line into new and exciting markets.
This is a unique opportunity for a business development specialist to drive growth and shape the future of Metocean services.
The ideal candidate will have extensive global experience, with the ability to offer clients cutting-edge, end-to-end capabilities.
The role can be performed from various Australian locations, including Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Adelaide.
This is a senior-level position that requires proactive leadership and strategic thinking.
The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the service line in offshore wind, infrastructure, ports & harbours, and other government markets.
They will work closely with internal service lines, including Hydrographic Survey, to leverage business development opportunities.
The candidate will also be required to travel regularly to meet with existing and potential clients.
About the Role- Drive business growth and expansion of the Metocean service line
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
- Travel regularly to meet with clients and prospects
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business or Engineering
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
