Job Overview

Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese seeks an ICT Infrastructure Coordinator to support the operations of new learning and teaching opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leverage technology infrastructure for seamless integration with educational platforms.
  • Manage technical aspects of all ICT systems including Student Information Systems, Learning Management Systems, ITSM tools, cyclical maintenance and other educational tools and platforms.
  • Maintain a collaborative relationship with the CSPD Technology and Information Services team on infrastructure and system matters.
  • Negotiate third-party contractual relationships with vendors and service providers.
  • Offer expert advice, support and management to facilitate effective integration of technology into teaching and learning;
  • Foster and develop a short and long-term ICT plan for the site which is supportive of current and future needs of users.
  • Collaborate with relevant staff in the provision of high-quality professional development for ICT platforms, services and emerging technologies.
  • Oversee ICT elements and setup of onsite and offsite events.
Key Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant area of study.
  • NSW Working with Children Check.
  • Demonstrated experience in infrastructure, network and ICT projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and compliance, ability to work under pressure.
