
Sales Growth Strategist

As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through sales strategy development, new client acquisition, and revenue increase.
Your primary goal will be to develop and execute sales strategies that drive results. This will involve sourcing new sales opportunities, closing deals, and managing existing client relationships to achieve targets.
You will play a crucial role in increasing income and revenue by negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services. Your outside sales representative skills will enable you to research sales competition, familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by the company, and procure new clients through direct contact and collaboration with the marketing department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure they are retained
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices
- Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure offerings remain relevant
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience or operational experience
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Computer use competency
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven
