Hotel Night Management Position

The hotel is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic night manager to ensure the smooth operation of its overnight services, guaranteeing maximum guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities will include managing daily revenue, collating reports, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining strict security procedures.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting the operations manager and general manager with various tasks and duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily revenue and postings, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Collate paperwork and reports for finance and management.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, including check-in/check-out and resolving guest queries.
  • Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Valid RSA and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain prior to starting.
