The Early Childhood Educator will develop and implement engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF framework.
- Establish and maintain warm, respectful relationships with children and families.
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture that promotes mutual support and respect.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of every child in your care at all times.
- Create lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in young children.
- Develop and implement individualized programs that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Hold an ACECQA-approved qualification in early childhood education (Cert III or higher).
- Obtain a current Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR certification.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the EYLF framework, NQS, and Child Safe Standards.
- Display a positive attitude and genuine passion for early childhood education.
- Be available to work Monday to Friday between 6:30am and 6:30pm.
