Job Opportunity: Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled Disability Support Worker to provide exceptional care and support services to clients with disabilities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals who require assistance with daily living activities.

  • Communication with non-verbal clients through alternative communication methods
  • Assisting clients with personal care, domestic duties, and community access
  • Implementing individualized care plans and following established procedures and protocols
  • Providing emotional support and empathy to clients
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve client outcomes
  • Documenting client interactions and progress notes
Essential CriteriaQualifications and Experience
  • A Certificate II or III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or Nursing (or equivalent)
  • At least one year of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications
