
Donor Services Director

This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a leadership position in a healthcare organisation, overseeing donor services and driving team excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams within a healthcare or allied health environment, with experience in workflow optimisation, database management, policy implementation and stakeholder engagement.
The successful applicant will be responsible for leading the Central Donor Administrators, ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy and exceptional service delivery. They will also act as a technical expert and escalation point for complex cases, complaints and urgent operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically oversee donor workflow, database management and compliance with ART legislation and internal protocols.
- Cultivate relationships with clinicians, patients, suppliers and executive leadership to drive business growth and improvement.
- Mentor and develop the skills of the Central Donor Administrators, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Deliver high-quality training programs and support capability development across clinics and donor teams.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, including project delivery, process improvement and policy implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams within a healthcare or allied health environment.
- Proven ability to manage departmental operations, including workflow optimisation, database management and policy implementation.
- Capacity to ensure departmental compliance with regulatory requirements, internal protocols and accreditation standards.
- Strong understanding of donor services, assisted reproductive technology and IVF terminology.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
