Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Team Leader in Donor Services. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional management skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your expertise to lead and mentor a high-performing team of donor administrators, ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional service delivery.
  • Act as the technical expert and escalation point for complex cases, complaints, and urgent operational needs, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Oversee donor workflow, database management, and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal protocols, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Coordinate the import/export of donor gametes in line with national and international standards, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption.
  • Design and deliver training programs to support capability development across clinics and donor teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
