Role Summary

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage a high-performing team delivering exceptional donor and surrogacy services across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically oversee the operational efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery of the donor administration team.
  • Serve as a technical expert and escalation point for complex cases, complaints, and urgent operational needs.
  • Oversee donor workflow, database management, and compliance with ART legislation and internal protocols.
  • Coordinate import/export of donor gametes in line with national and international standards.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance capability development across clinics and donor teams.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives, policy implementation, and strategic project delivery.
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships with clinicians, patients, suppliers, and executive leadership.
  • Maintain performance metrics, support accreditation processes, and contribute to digital platform rollouts.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams within a healthcare or allied health environment.
  • Proven capability in managing departmental operations, including workflow optimisation, database management, policy implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Able to ensure departmental compliance with regulatory requirements, internal protocols, and accreditation standards.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients, patients, clinicians, internal departments, external suppliers, and executive leadership.
  • Proficiency in database systems, process mapping, and MS Office applications.
