Donor Services Manager

This is a high-level leadership role that oversees the delivery of exceptional donor services. The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team to ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and service excellence.

About the Role
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor the Donor Team to drive performance, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain technical expertise to address complex cases, complaints, and operational needs.
  • Donor Workflow Management: Oversee donor workflow, database management, and compliance with ART legislation and internal protocols.
  • International Collaboration: Coordinate import/export of donor gametes in line with national and international standards.
  • Training and Development: Deliver training programs to enhance capability development across clinics and teams.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, policy implementation, and strategic project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clinicians, patients, suppliers, and executive leadership.
