Strategic Leader | Delivering Exceptional Donor and Surrogacy Services

The Central Donor Services team lead plays a pivotal role in delivering outstanding donor and surrogacy services. This role ensures the integrity, quality, and compliance of donor programs in accordance with Australian legislation and ethical standards.

This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-senior level professional to leverage their expertise and drive continuous improvement initiatives, policy implementation, and strategic project delivery.

We are seeking an exceptional leader who can motivate and mentor the Central Donor Team to ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the Central Donor Team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for complex cases, complaints, and urgent operational needs.
  • Oversee donor workflow, database management, and compliance with ART legislation and internal protocols.
  • Coordinate the import/export of donor gametes in line with national and international standards.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance capability development across clinics and donor teams.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with clinicians, patients, suppliers, and executive leadership.
  • Monitor performance metrics, support accreditation processes, and contribute to digital platform rollouts.
