
Retain Customer Relationships

As a Business Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for effectively handling reactive and proactive retention enquiries and provide comprehensive advice to customers. You will conduct credit analysis and approve requests for increased limits up to your Delegated Commitment Authority (DCA).
You will work closely with our team to proactively engage customers, understand their needs, and provide them with holistic banking solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving inbound calls from customers and making proactive and reactive outbound calls to customers at risk of attrition
- Understanding customer needs to provide tailored banking solutions
- Building relationships with business partners to create and action retention opportunities
- Connecting with customers across NAB's Business & Private Bank to increase growth and focus on retention activities across existing portfolios
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated banking and finance knowledge, particularly in lending experience, as well as previous retail or business banking experience working with customers, uncovering their needs, and delivering on customer needs.
