Your role is customer-facing, responsible for assisting all non-premier customers with their financial needs. You will be based in a central hub, primarily dealing with clients virtually over the phone and via video conferencing tools.

You will develop and retain relationships, working closely with the broader branch network and direct teams to achieve business performance measures and goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maximizing profit and achieving growth of Premier Customers
  • Achieving agreed KPI objectives through relationship development
  • Building effective client relationships to retain and develop sustainable relationships
  • Utilizing tools and information to drive client service delivery and business performance
  • Monitoring and acting on sales activity management information to support business goals

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in Lending/Customer Relationship Management or demonstrated outstanding performance in Premier Relationship Manager Junior Role
  • Strong communication, client focus, and influencing skills
  • Strong sales orientation, networking, and portfolio management skills
  • Sound knowledge of financial services products and services
