The Opportunity

Strategic Change Management Specialist: Shaping the Future of a Healthier, Better-Protected Australia

  • Lead change management response for small to medium projects/initiatives; or persistent/agile teams/customer journeys; or lead streams of work on large-scale/highly complex programs/projects; each either independently or leading small teams of assigned change professionals.
  • Create schedules and deliver change analysis, planning, and implementation required for people to be ready for change and initiative outcomes and benefits achieved.
  • Use knowledge and experience of change management and AIA's change framework to identify and manage stakeholders and influence change outcomes.
  • Play leadership roles in the change community, coaching and mentoring others to develop change capability at AIA, and support for the Head of Change Capability.
Requirements

To be successful, demonstrate:

  • Experience as a Change Manager within the life insurance industry.
  • Proven experience addressing third-party partner needs and delivery incremental change over multiple phases.
  • Ability to design and implement change management for large complex programs of work or portfolios.
  • Formal Change Management/related qualification, ideally degree or specialist communications/change management higher education qualification.
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders, including C-suite.
  • Experience in wide range of projects (behavioural/cultural, system/technology, process, regulatory, M&A, Organisational Design/Structure changes, Relocation).
