About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People and Culture Coordinator to join our Corporate Functions team on a 5-month fixed term contract. As a key member of our Employee Experience Team, you will provide administrative and HR system support for transformational activities across our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new team members and ensure a seamless transition into the organization
  • Process internal movements in our HR Systems and prepare associated documentation
  • Maintain and update team member records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Provide guidance and coaching to leaders and team members on P&C policy, procedures, and systems queries
  • Draft letters of offer and flexible working arrangements documentation
  • Generate reports and provide HR-related data as needed
Requirements
  • HR qualification (certificate, higher level qualification or business-related studies)
  • Experience using Microsoft applications (e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • User experience with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors experience is highly regarded)
  • Administrative experience within a HR / People & Culture function in a fast-paced environment
  • High level attention to detail and solution-focused mindset
  • Experience in responding to stakeholder queries in a timely manner
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks at one time
