**People and Culture Advisor**

This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR professional to work for an industry leader you will proudly represent. Reporting to the HR Manager you will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive people and culture that supports the wider business.

Our client specialises in freight forwarding and logistics with global reach, delivering freight forwarding and 3PL solutions to a broad range of Industries.

**About the Role**:

- Drive change for organisational and cultural change and development in collaboration with management and the Board of Directors
- Manage and support full lifecycle HR related matters, including Organisational development, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Learning and Development, and Compensations and Benefits
- Implement, maintain and improve internal development programs
- Support Management with role analysis and development of JD
- Provide sound HR advice to Managers and Supervisors. Manage key stakeholders including employees, managers
- Ensure Managers are aware of all relevant legislation as it applies to their staff
- Act as a support to Managers through providing advice on performance-based matters coupled with the assistance of recruitment and training to upskill the workforce and ensure the right people are in the right roles
- Work closely with Managers to review staffing needs and provide Recruitment solutions and support
- Tertiary qualification or demonstrated level of experience in Business, Human Resources or similar
- Local experience, and ready for the next step in their career
- Proven experience delivering solutions around change management and business improvement
- HR Generalist and/or Advisory level experience
- Full working rights in Australia
- Valid open driver’s licence
