About the role

**Requirements**:

- Provide a variety of admin assistance for multiple areas in HR, including recruitment, internal communications, employee development, events and CSR
- Support L&D projects and initiatives
- Coordinate and organise P&C internal and external events
- Support diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives within the organisation
- Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to enhance employee engagement programs and activities
- Create and distribute P&C communications to key stakeholders
- Update and manage P&C SharePoint Hub
