
Medical Health Record Specialist

As a Medical Transcriptionist, you will be responsible for documenting patient information and assisting healthcare providers during patient visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accompany healthcare providers during patient visits to record accurate patient data
- Document patient history, physical exams, assessments, diagnostic results, medical procedures, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions
- Monitor pending lab and radiology orders for results to guide patient care
- Review past history and test results on patients to inform medical decisions
Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary, on-the-job training provided
- Ability to commit to 6+ months of service
- Flexibility to work 2 shifts per week
- Typing speed of over 40 WPM
