As a Medical Transcriptionist, you will be responsible for documenting patient information and assisting healthcare providers during patient visits.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Accompany healthcare providers during patient visits to record accurate patient data
  • Document patient history, physical exams, assessments, diagnostic results, medical procedures, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions
  • Monitor pending lab and radiology orders for results to guide patient care
  • Review past history and test results on patients to inform medical decisions

Requirements:
  • No prior experience necessary, on-the-job training provided
  • Ability to commit to 6+ months of service
  • Flexibility to work 2 shifts per week
  • Typing speed of over 40 WPM
